Male Factor Infertility & ICSI
Age 32 (F) & 35 (M)
How it happened
The Situation
A young couple was unable to conceive. Tests showed the female partner was healthy, but the male partner had an extremely low sperm count.
The Investigation
We performed a detailed hormonal analysis and genetic screening to understand the cause of the low sperm production.
The Solution
We used a technique called TESA to retrieve sperm directly from the source, then used ICSI to inject a single healthy sperm directly into each egg.
The Result
This bypassed the natural barriers, resulting in successful fertilization and the birth of healthy twins.
From Dr. Mundhe's Desk
The Challenge
Severe Oligospermia (very low sperm count) making natural conception impossible.
Our Approach
Used TESA for sperm retrieval combined with ICSI to fertilize eggs directly.
"Even with very low sperm counts, biological fatherhood is possible with advanced micromanipulation."
Every patient is different. We listen to your body and your story to find the right path.
Disclaimer: ICSI success depends on both sperm and egg quality.
